We work closely with families and external professionals to ensure every child receives the support they need. Individual plans are created where appropriate, and staff adapt activities and routines to help each child feel included, confident, and supported
We follow the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage ratios:
• 1:3 for children under 2
• 1:5 for children aged 2
• 1:8 for children aged 3–5 (or 1:13 when led by a qualified teacher)
Our fees include all meals throughout the day including snacks & drinks, as well as any extra-curricular activities, nappies, nappy cream, wipes, formula & sun cream.
We collect detailed information from parents before a child starts and ensure all dietary needs are clearly recorded and shared with the whole team. Our meals are prepared with strict procedures in place to avoid cross-contamination, and individual meal plans are provided where required
Our staff are always available to discuss any questions or concerns, and we understand that starting nursery can be an emotional time for families. Parents have daily opportunities to speak with practitioners at drop-off and collection, ensuring open communication from the very beginning.
We also use a parent-accessible app, where staff share regular updates and photos so you can see your child’s experiences throughout the day.
In addition, we hold parent evenings throughout the year, offering dedicated time to talk in more depth with practitioners about your child’s development and progress.

We ask parents to provide feeding bottles, spare change of clothes and seasonal items such as coats, hats, wellies, gloves etc which are clearly labelled
