  At World of Wonder Day Nursery, we understand that nutritious, well-balanced meals play an important role in a child’s overall development, wellbeing and daily routine. Our aim is to introduce children to healthy eating habits through enjoyable, flavourful food served in a calm, homely setting.

Our nursery will follow a rotating seasonal menu, offering a variety of dishes that include children’s favourites alongside new tastes, fresh fruits and vegetables. Mealtimes are seen as valuable learning moments—an opportunity for children to develop independence, try new foods, and enjoy social interaction with their peers.

We are proud to provide freshly prepared meals and snacks each day. Children will have continuous access to drinking water and will also receive fresh milk as part of their daily intake. 

We work closely with parents to accommodate dietary requirements, including allergies, intolerances, and cultural or lifestyle needs, ensuring every child is safely supported. Menus are shared with parents, and we welcome feedback or suggestions.

​ We believe that positive mealtime experiences help shape healthy eating habits that begin in childhood. 

By offering nutritious foods and creating relaxed, enjoyable mealtimes, we support each child’s physical growth, cognitive development and overall wellbeing.

All members of our team receive training in allergy awareness, first aid and food hygiene. We follow clear and well-established allergy management procedures to ensure every child’s dietary needs are safely and inclusively supported.
